Long-Term Care

CARENET researchers explore palliative and end of life care experiences for Canadians, with the goal of understanding the issues surrounding end of life care and translating that knowledge into practice.

Our long-term care research projects are varied and include unique interventions for patients with dementia, the evaluation of palliative care programs in long term care, and a review of advance care planning programs in long-term care homes.
